Lone Haybale, original oil painting

A late summer scene of a freshly mowed field, lone haybale and old barn.  Loosely painted by the artist to convey warmth, movement and a sense of spontaneity, the viewer is taken on a journey through this scene from haybale to barn to sky.  Shadows in the hedgerow depict the coolness of the shade, which contrasts with light reflecting off the haybale and field depicting the brilliance of the sun.  The disorderly hedgerow contrasts with the orderly mowed field.  A beautiful piece to complement your home's decor.

Water-mixable oil on canvas panel.  Minimal solvents used.  Painted in studio.  Unvarnished.  The artist takes every precaution in her creative practice to protect the environment from harmful chemicals and waste.  Framed in an antiqued-gold toned Piccadilly frame with wire hanger attached.
